While we strive to deliver products on time, we are not liable for any delays outside our control. 3.3. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If no one is available, the delivery may be left at the door or in a safe place at your risk.

4. Product Quality and Freshness

4.1. We guarantee that all seafood products are fresh at the time of delivery. 4.2. Due to the nature of seafood, slight variations in size, weight, and appearance may occur. 4.3. If you have concerns about the quality of the product upon receipt, please contact us immediately at customerservice@getsashimi.com.au within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. 5.2. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date by contacting our customer service team. 6.2. If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before delivery, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the order.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of our products. 7.2.
